This 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious beach house was completed in May 2017 and is located in the Sea Isle Subdivision in Galveston, Texas. The house is approximately 300 yards away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The Blue Pearl can sleep up to 10 people and is ideal for two families.

Living Room - The spacious living area is newly furnished with a an extra large sectional couch, that folds out to a bed and has a 60 in. flat screen TV.
Kitchen - The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops which has an open floor plan to the living room. It is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and both a Coffee Maker and a Keurig (K-cup).

1. The Blue Pearl has an electrical outlet (Nema 14-50) for charging electric vehicles (EV) (e.g., Tesla).
2. The Blue Pearl has Xfinity (Comcast) TV service for all 3 TV's. Additionally, there is Xfinity high speed internet access with Wifi throughout the home.
3. Rental of The Blue Pearl includes access to the neighborhood private fishing pier.

Sea Isle Community
Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summer.
